eFlex will permit you to file a new case or to file to an existing case. In order to file to an existing case you must provide the case number and the last name of one of the parties on the case.

Your filing fees can be paid in eFlex. The electronic filing system allows online payment of these fees through the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) payment portal. Payment may be submitted using electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, or a subscription account billed through INA. Information about establishing an INA subscription is available online at https://www.ark.org/subscribe/index.php.In addition to the statutory filing fees, Administrative Order 21 authorizes a $20 electronic filing fee that is assessed when a new case is initiated through the electronic filing system. This fee is used to offset the cost of maintaining the electronic filing system and the cost of processing electronic payments.
