User Account Registration Procedure
In order to access the CourtReview module of the electronic filing system, Judges, court staff and clerks must complete three steps:
eFlex will permit the filing of a new case or filing to an existing case. In order to file to an existing case the filer must provide the case number and the last name of one of the parties on the case. During the first phase of the pilot project only civil, domestic relations, and probate cases in Pulaski County Circuit Court may be filed electronically.
Your filing fees can be paid on eFlex. The electronic filing system allows online payment of these fees through the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) payment portal. Payment may be submitted using electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, or a subscription account billed through INA. Information about establishing an INA subscription is available online at https://www.ark.org/subscribe/index.php. In addition to the statutory filing fees, Administrative Order 21 authorizes a $20 electronic filing fee that is assessed when a new case is initiated through the electronic filing system. This fee is used to offset the cost of maintaining the electronic filing system and the cost of processing electronic payments.
The CourtReview functions that are permitted are dependent on the user's role and security. Users may approve or reject filings or assign them to a user or queue for approval.
Judicial queues may be used to approve and sign court orders.
